University of Mary Washington

At the University of Mary Washington, I earned a degree that blended my passions for communications, marketing, and sports, while also founding the school’s first-ever club football team and serving as president for three years.

My Story:

I was born and raised in King George, Virginia. Born with optic nerve hypoplasia this left me blind in one eye, but that has never stopped me from exploring the world around me. From a young age, I was always jamming out in the car with my mom or sneaking off to the book aisle to dive into the latest comics.

In middle and high school, I fell in love with theater and the excitement of performing on stage, while also developing a passion for sports marketing. This led me to pursue marketing courses at the University of Mary Washington, where I combined my love for sports and business by founding UMW’s first-ever club football team, serving as president for three years.

I have gained valuable experience in the sports industry working with the Fredericksburg Nationals and Richmond Flying Squirrels in minor league baseball. When I’m not working, I love attending live music events, catching games, exploring museums, and trying new recipes in the kitchen. Life is about meaningful connections and creativity, and I’m always seeking new adventures and experiences to enjoy.
